- What to wear to a massage:
- Our therapists will ask you to remove clothing only as far as you feel comfortable. If you only want to undress to your underwear, that's fine. The therapist will leave the room while you're undressing and will provide towels and blankets to cover you during the massage. There are some massages that work well if you want to remain clothed, such as reflexology or a scalp and face massage.
- Is massage painful?
- It's not unusual to feel some soreness after a massage. This is due to a release of lactic acid in the muscles, but it doesn't last long. If you experience any discomfort during your massage, you are encouraged to communicate this to your therapist so they can adjust.
